ok so is your cylender a octogon first this is the question. and you sort of want to make it in half so its half a cylender? as if you would slice an octogon in two?

i found it out but now i need to start with modeling and understanding how a mod must put together my map is nearly done.

i also need a program to model my 3ds max program went weird if i make a plane and i want to add a picture on it it get like 400 pictures on 1 file do you know how to make that right?

ok so if i understand you want to apply a texture on a surface but instead of being 1 its like 400 of those textures? well i dont understand 3ds max, i dont have it so i can help though if its in gtk radient, if you want to texture a normal brush and arrange it fit it ,press S and if its a bevel you want to texture correctly and adjust the texture of a bevel press shift+S

always like people with good talents for making a mod and you are deffintially one fo them.

Im not that far yet but thanks for help dvg94 im currently modeling but its not really working and don't know how to texture so i still have to figure it out:)
